TermsOf use
Use of this site
This website is provided for general information about bookkeeping services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, misuse, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Not tax or legal advice
Yours Truly Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping services only. Nothing on this site is tax preparation, tax advice, legal advice, audit, attest, or investment advice. Please work with a qualified CPA, tax preparer, or attorney for those needs.
Content on this site is general in nature and may not fit your specific situation.
Engagements and scope
Any bookkeeping work is defined in a written engagement agreement that describes the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Submitting the contact form or scheduling a consultation does not create a client relationship.
Scope changes are agreed in writing before additional work is performed.
Client responsibilities
Accurate books depend on complete and timely information. Clients are responsible for providing records, statements, and access to accounting systems, and for reviewing reports and reporting anything that looks incorrect.
Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying source documents and for their own tax filings and regulatory obligations.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are stated in the engagement agreement. Invoices are due as stated on the invoice, and work may be paused on past-due accounts.
Confidentiality
Client information is treated as confidential and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, branding, and materials on this site belong to Yours Truly Bookkeeping and may not be copied or reused without permission.

This site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Yours Truly Bookkeeping is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Liability related to services is governed by the engagement agreement.
